Earth, Air, Fire, Water

My body is Earth 

Gently rolling hills and deep-rooted trees. 

My body is Air

Gentle dawn breezes and falcon’s flight.

 My body is Fire

Lightning flashes and warmth on cold days.

My body is Water

Flowing rivers and crashing waves.

 We are not separate from our beautiful planet home

We are made of its very bones and blood

Our kinship lies with rocks and rain,

Wild winds and blazing fires

 We are part of the miraculous circle of life

Connected to it all, Belonging to it all.

Part of the brilliance and wonder of it all.

 A strand in an intricately woven web

Of interdependence, wonder, abundance, beauty,

And never-ending of possibilities.

I Invite you on a journey of paint and prayer

To discover your place in the planet’s Web of Life

To connect with the Elements of Life: Earth, Air, Fire & Water

To acknowledge and claim you kinship with Bear and Whale, Eagle and Lion.

To explore how our very bodies are made of bones, breath, energy, and blood. 

And to create, in the liquid wonder of paint, a talisman of your journey

This is a fun and simple painting process that is as much about the experience as it is

 about the end product. Prepare to relax, have fun and enjoy the ride!

(In the same parking lot as Rock Mama, just around the corner in the La Bou building)

COST: $180 (Includes all materials: paint, canvas, brushes, etc.)
